Novagenix provides its entire data infrastructure independently, operating 24/7 with distributed cluster virtual server systems. As a member of the Turkish Cybersecurity Cluster and Communication Technologies Cluster, it possesses server systems backed up using a three-location policy and its own local cloud infrastructure.
DATABASE PREPARATION
Electronic data obtained from the analytical instruments in our analytical laboratory are automatically transferred to servers, and the status of all processes (applications, analyses, calculations, reporting, etc.) is communicated to our sponsors via our project tracking system.
DATABASE VALIDATION AND CONTROL
While electronic data obtained from our analytical instruments are automatically transferred to the servers, transfer records are also kept, and this data is transferred directly to the statistical program without being copied. Since the data transfer between the server and the analysis computer, and from there to the statistical program, is validated, data integrity, accuracy, and immutability are guaranteed.
ACCESS TO DATA AND REPORTS
Electronic records of all our projects are open to users at various authorization levels, and all data, including completed projects, can be accessed quickly at any time. When a supporter requests data related to a project, they can access the files on our server via encrypted and time-limited connections using our cloud file management and sharing system, which runs on our own server and is developed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
DATA SECURITY
All data on the servers is automatically backed up in three separate locations in accordance with our disaster recovery scenario, automatically; daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
For internet and data security, a security system belonging to the Turkish Cybersecurity Cluster and Communication Technologies Cluster is used; In accordance with Law No. 5651, user logs are collected, and we use distributed virtualized server systems with daily updated business antivirus software and firewalls.
